罗光灿贵州黎平人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师

 

主持国家自然科学基金项目1贵州省科技厅自然科学基金1贵州省教育厅项目1项、贵州民族大学项目2项,主研光电子材料与器件方向,从事宽禁带半导体与二维材料结合应用于紫外光电探测器研究,发表学术论文16其中以一作及通信身份在Advanced Functional MaterialsJournal of Materials Science & TechnologyJournal of Alloys and CompoundsSolar EnergyAdvanced Materials TechnologiesNanomaterials期刊发表论文11篇),担任NanotechnologyJournal of Physics D: Applied PhysicsSensors and Actuators A: Physical等期刊审稿人

1. 研究方向


(1)  宽禁带无机半导体(Eg ≥ 3 eV)制备与掺杂研究;

(2)  二维材料(GrapheneMXeneMBene)制备与改性研究;

(3)  高性能紫外光电探测器研究,包括吸收层缺陷钝化、载流子传输层改性、异质结界面调控以及器件机理探究。
